21 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3 Reps of:

Deadlifts 225/155

Pull Ups

During the above workout perform 5 burpees every minute on the minute for the duration of the workout.

Note: Start the workout with the five burpees and then move on to the deadlifts.  For the novices, this type of format asks you to perform a set amount of reps for exercise, on every given round (first round, perform 21 reps of each exercise, and so it goes until the end.)
